1.Full‑Cycle Quality Control System

Standard Quality Control (QC) Process for Apple Spare Parts


1. IQC: Incoming Quality Control
Visual Inspection: Check the external packaging for damage. Inspect the glass for scratches, cracks, corner chips, or coating (anti-reflective) peeling.
Specification Matching: Verify Model Number, Resolution, and Connector type (e.g., EDP 30/40 pin) against the PO.
Backlight Inspection: Check the backlight sheets for creases, debris, or "white spots."


2. IPQC: In-Process Quality Control
ESD Protection: All technicians must wear anti-static wrist straps and gloves.
Cleanliness: Sorting and testing must be performed on a Dust-Free Workbench to prevent dust ingress.


3. FQC: Final Quality Control (100% Functional Test)
