For General
At our manufacturing facility, quality control (QC) is not just a process—it is the core value that drives every stage of production for laptop LCD display assemblies, topcases, and keyboards. We adhere to international standards and implement full‑cycle quality management to ensure every product meets reliability, durability, and performance requirements for global customers.
1.Full‑Cycle Quality Control System
We have built a strict, closed‑loop quality management system covering incoming materials, production process, finished product inspection, and after‑sales tracking. Every batch of components and assemblies undergoes multi‑point inspection to eliminate defects before delivery.
2. Incoming Material Inspection (IQC):
All raw materials for LCD displays, topcases, and keyboards and other spare parts come from mandatory incoming inspection, verified specifications, good appearance and electrical performance. Only qualified materials are released to production, non‑conforming materials are rejected and traced.
3. In‑Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Real‑time monitoring of key production parameters including dimension accuracy, assembly alignment, and surface finish. Automated testing equipment checks display color, brightness, contrast, backlight uniformity, and durability are tested online.
also, units structural strength, fit tolerance, and surface coating are inspected at each step.
4. Finished Goods Quality Control (FQC)
1)Comprehensive functional testing for LCD display assemblies includes:
Color reproduction
Brightness consistency
Resolution & interface compatibility
Vibration & aging tests
2)Keyboard full‑key function verification & life cycle testing.
Topcase assembly fit, structural stability, and cosmetic inspection.
Only 100% qualified products are packaged and delivered.
Certifications & Standards Compliance
5. Our quality system and products comply with major international certifications, ensuring market access and user safety:
ISO 9001 quality management system
CE & EMC directives
RoHS environmental directives
Industry‑standard reliability and safety specifications
These certifications confirm that our laptop LCD display assemblies, topcases, and keyboards and other spare parts meet global regulatory requirements.
6.Equipment, Team & Quality Culture:
1)Advanced Testing Equipment: We use high‑precision automated optical inspection (AOI), display colorimeters, luminance meters, and durability test machines to achieve objective, data‑driven quality control.
2)Professional QC Team: Our quality team consists of experienced inspectors and engineers specialized in notebook assembly. They conduct regular training on process standards, inspection methods, and quality improvement tools.
3)Strong Quality Culture: We promote a “quality first” culture where every employee takes ownership of product quality. Stable process control and continuous improvement ensure consistency across mass production. stable, reliable performance reduces after‑sales complaints and returns. strict testing lowers failure rates and saves logistics costs, and standardized processes support large‑volume orders with consistent quality. Also full traceability improves efficiency in after‑sales support.
Standard Quality Control (QC) Process for Apple Spare Parts
1. IQC: Incoming Quality Control
Visual Inspection: Check the external packaging for damage. Inspect the glass for scratches, cracks, corner chips, or coating (anti-reflective) peeling.
Specification Matching: Verify Model Number, Resolution, and Connector type (e.g., EDP 30/40 pin) against the PO.
Backlight Inspection: Check the backlight sheets for creases, debris, or "white spots."
2. IPQC: In-Process Quality Control
ESD Protection: All technicians must wear anti-static wrist straps and gloves.
Cleanliness: Sorting and testing must be performed on a Dust-Free Workbench to prevent dust ingress.
3. FQC: Final Quality Control (100% Functional Test)
This is the most critical step. Every screen must undergo a full diagnostic.
Pixel & Color Test: Switch between solid colors (Red, Green, Blue, Black, White, Grey).
Check for: Dead pixels, bright spots, light leakage, or color tinting.
Brightness & Flicker: Adjust brightness from 0% to 100% to ensure stability.
Sensor & True Tone: For newer MacBooks (T2/M1/M2/M3), verify the sensor cable's integrity for True Tone and Auto-Brightness functionality.
Cosmetic Grade: Categorize as Grade A++ (Perfect), Grade A (Minor flaws), or Grade B.
4. OQC: Outgoing Quality Control
Warranty Sealing: Apply a tamper-evident Warranty Sticker with the production date.
Secure Packaging: Use specialized bubble bags, anti-static bags, and high-strength foam boxes.
Final Verification: Cross-check the Serial Number (SN) on the part with the shipping invoice.
